Tunnel Exhaust Fan:

The ventilator consists of a front air duct, the I-class main engine, the Ⅱ-class main engine, a motor, an impeller, a diffuser cylinder (including muffler) and other parts (see Figure 1). The outer casing and structural parts of the ventilator are welded by the steel plates, and the inner cylinder is welded by the orifice plates, which are lined with sound deadening materials. The motor is sealed in the inner air duct and isolated from the exhaust air in the air duct. The motor is a special motor for YBF series of explosion-proof type exhaust fan, and the voltage is 380V/660V voltage class. The impeller of the ventilator is made of special materials, which are anti-static, no spark in friction. The air flow delivered by the motor cooling rotor is cooled, and the motor is interlinked with the fresh air flow. Therefore, the ventilator can be used for the extraction type ventilation in underground mines.


The FBCD series includes 18 machine numbers. For detailed information, please refer to the structure diagram of the FBCD series of coal mine extraction type counter-rotating axial flow partial ventilator. The aerodynamic performance parameters under the standard conditions are shown in Table 1.


In order to meet the resistance requirements of the coal mine ventilation network and ensure the efficiency of the ventilator, the machine adopts the counter-rotating structure, that is, two sets of the same model of fans are connected to each other, and the rotation direction of the impellers of the two machines is opposite, which can save the middle guide vane and reduce the loss of the guide vane, thus improving the efficiency.
