Mine Local Fan Underground Ventilation,This series of fans consists of six parts: air inlet duct, main air duct, flameproof motor, stage impeller, secondary impeller, and diffuser. Its structure is shown in Figure 1. The outer cylinder and the structural parts are welded with steel plates, the inner cylinder is welded with perforated plates, and the inner and outer cylinders are filled with sound-absorbing materials. The impeller is directly connected to the motor. The machine is compact, durable, safe to use and easy to maintain.

The motor flange of this series of fans is connected with the cylinder by bolts, and the motor is a three-phase asynchronous motor for YBF2 series explosion-proof fans. The rated voltage of the motor can be made into 380V/660V or 660V/1140V according to user needs.

The ventilation impeller adopts a counter-rotating structure. The radial clearance between the fan impeller and the casing should be 1.5‰∽3.5‰ of the diameter of the impeller. The two-stage impellers rotate in opposite directions at the same speed and face each other. The internal resistance of the fan is reduced and the efficiency of the fan is improved.
