Anti-Corrosion Fan:

The roof fan adopts molded axial flow or centrifugal impeller, fan-specific motor direct connection transmission, anti-corrosion hood, metal or fiberglass air duct base, with corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength, stable operation, simple maintenance, low noise, excellent performance, beautiful appearance, etc. Features, widely used in power generation, chemical, rubber, pharmaceutical, food processing, metallurgical and other industries and high-level civil buildings ventilation.

According to different use environment and conveying medium, it is equipped with explosion-proof motor to make explosion-proof type, which is used for conveying flammable and explosive gas. The product has passed the inspection and approval of the national authority explosion-proof testing organization. It is equipped with high temperature resistant motor and can be fire-fighting type. It can be operated for more than 45 minutes under the high temperature condition of 280 °C. It can be equipped with inlet smoke exhaust fire valve according to design requirements. Fans and fire dampers are all tested by the National  Fire Protection  Product Inspection  Center.


1. The control parameters of the roof fan are fan type, material, air volume, total pressure, efficiency, noise and motor power.

2. According to the physical and chemical properties of the gas to be transported, select fans for different purposes. If the clean air is to be transported, the general fan should be selected to transport flammable and explosive gases. Explosion-proof fans should be selected. Corrosive gases should be used. Corrosion-resistant fans should be used.

3. Pay attention to the matching relationship between pipe network resistance characteristics and fan characteristics. In order for the fan to operate stably, the fan should be operated near its highest efficiency point. The operating point of the fan is located to the right of the full pressure peak point in the performance curve (ie, the high air volume side, and is generally located at 80% of the full pressure peak).

4. When selecting the fan, the leakage loss and calculation error of the pipeline system, as well as the actual air volume and negative deviation of the wind pressure should be considered. Generally, the air volume is 1.05~1.1, and the wind pressure is 1.10~1.15.

5. For ventilation systems with muffling requirements, the fan with high efficiency and low impeller circumferential speed should be selected first, and it should work near the highest efficiency point.
