Effective strengthening measures are taken inside and outside the casing, and the rib plate is reasonably arranged with sufficient strength and rigidity to eliminate the vibration caused by its lack of rigidity and ensure that the fan does not deform during operation. In addition, the casing is provided with an inspection hole, and a drain hole is also provided at the bottom of the casing.

Kiln combustion fan impeller:

The fan impeller material is Q345. Surfacing welding is performed on the working surface of the blade and around the blade inlet, and wear-resistant alloy is surfacing around the welding seam between the rear disc and the blade to increase the service life of the blade. The chamfered blades of the backward-sloping wing are welded between the conical arc-shaped front disc and the flat-shaped rear disc. After the blade is welded, the overall stress relief treatment is carried out. The blade welding seam adopts coloring detection, and the detection standard should meet the design requirements. Ensure high efficiency, low noise and high strength of the fan. The impeller is corrected by dynamic balance, and its dynamic balance accuracy level is not lower than G5.6 level to ensure the running balance.

It is made of high-quality high-strength alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered and subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection. The flaw detection standard is Level 2.

The bearing box is equipped with a temperature measuring element, the signal can be transmitted remotely (2 points/unit), and a secondary instrument is provided. The instrument and electrical control system with temperature measurement on the bearing housing cover can directly enter the PLC. The upper part of the bearing box is provided with a vent plug to reduce oil leakage caused by the slight positive pressure in the box caused by the oil atomization caused by the temperature rise of the bearing, so it can ensure no oil leakage. Temperature-resistant, oil-resistant and dust-proof seals make the bearing housing
