High pressure vulcanization fan:

High pressure vulcanization fan, the allowable deviation of the characteristic curve of the high-pressure vulcanizing fan is: air volume: -2~+2%, full pressure: -2~+2%, efficiency: no negative deviation, shaft power: -2~+2 %, components and spare parts are interchangeable replace.

The supporting motor is a fully enclosed squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor, which has high efficiency, energy saving, good starting performance, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, and convenient use and maintenance.

Motor protection grade: IP55, insulation grade F, temperature rise is assessed by grade B (the insulation grade on the motor nameplate is marked as grade B). When the frequency is rated, and the deviation between the power supply voltage and the rated value does not exceed +10% and -5%, the motor can output the rated power, and the guaranteed value of the motor stall current is 6.5 times the rated current.

The impeller blades are airfoil or backward-sloping blade impellers. The impeller is firmly connected to the drive shaft, and the drive shaft is designed not to exceed 60% of the speed of the first zone at the maximum speed of the fan.

The motors for high pressure vulcanization fan should be sealed and suitable for continuous operation at 40°C.
