Centrifugal fan for brick kiln The medium conveyed by the ventilator is air and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 °C; The medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 °C.
A dust removal device shall be installed in the front of the induced draft fan in order to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan as much as possible. According to the usage situation of the general power plants, the efficiency of the dust removal device shall not be lower than 85%.
The ventilator is mainly composed of an impeller, a case, an air inlet, an adjustment valve and a transmission part.
1. Impeller: 12 pieces of hypsokinesis obliquely cutting wing-type blades are welded to the middle of the cone-shaped front plate and the flat back plate. Because of using the wing-shaped blades, the features of the main efficiency, low noise and high strength of the fan are guaranteed. The impeller can be operated steadily and reliably through static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed running test. The ventilator and the induced draft fan impeller of the same machine number have the same structure, but the materials are different. Generally, select A3 for the ventilator and select 16Mn for the induced draft fan.
2. Case: It is welded into a volute shape with ordinary steel plates. The case of the single suction fan is produced into three different forms (№18-12 case is made into a whole structure and cannot be disassembled, №14—16 case is produced into two opening type and №18—29.5 case is produced into three opening type). For the induced draft fan, the volute plate is appropriately thickened to prevent wear.
3. Air inlet: The convergent and streamlined air inlet is produced into a a whole structure, which is fixed to one side of the fan inlet with bolt.
4. Adjustment valve: It is a device that is used to adjust the flow, which is installed axially in front of the air inlet. The adjustment range is from 0 degrees (full opening) to 90 degrees (fully closed). The handle position of the adjustment valve: it is on the right side if viewing from the direction of the air inlet, pushing the handle from the bottom to the top is the direction from full-closed to full-opening for the right-handed cyclone fan, while pushing it from the top to the bottom is the direction from full-closed to full-opening for the left-handed cyclone fan.
5. Transmission part: The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high quality steel, and the ventilator adopts rolling bearings. There are two types of the bearing housing: №8—16 adopts the integral cartridge bearing housing; №18—29.5 adopts two separate pillow bearing housings. The bearing housing is equipped with a thermometer and oil level indicator (only for the induced draft fan). The lubricating oil is the No. 30 mechanical oil and the amount of oil shall follow the requirements marked by the oil level. If the №8—16 integral cylindrical bearing housing adopts dry oil, an oil baffle plate should be added to the ball side of the bearing housing and the fixing groove has been prepared. The induced draft fan is equipped with a water cooling device. Therefore, a water supply pipe must be added. The water consumption varies with the temperature, which is generally considered according to 0.5-1 m3/h.
