In addition, for the aerofoil hollow blade induced draft fan, once the blade is damaged during operation, ash particles will enter the inner cavity of the blade, destroy the dynamic balance of the induced draft fan rotor in a short time, and cause vibration. If this happens, the vibration of the fan cannot be removed even if there is no dust on the blades.


The deposition amount and adhesion strength of non-working face dust on induced draft fan blade are closely related to the type of dust collector and dust removal efficiency used in front of induced draft fan. Generally speaking, the loose dust of low strength will adhere to the blade of the dry precipitator, and the hard dust of cement will adhere to the non-working surface of the wet precipitator; Select high efficiency dust collector (such as electric dust collector, bag dust collector, etc.). The dust level of induced draft fan blades will be greatly reduced.

Wet dust collector will lead to serious moisture in the inlet dust of induced draft fan. As the water film dust collector in the process of operation, some small water droplets will be brought into the induced draft fan with the dust. At the same time, if the environmental quality and temperature are low, the water vapor entering the induced draft fan with the smoke will condense and mix with the dust, producing mortar attached to the blades. The mortar is mostly attached to the non-working surface of the fan blade and the front and rear disks of the impeller. In the operation process of induced draft fan, the moisture contained in the mortar will slowly volatilize, produce a relatively hard shell, and gradually deposit thicker. When the dust on the induced draft fan blade reaches a certain mass, under the combined action of dead weight and rotating centrifugal force, some ash blocks fall off, and the balance of the fan rotor is damaged and vibrated. When the dust removal water is too large in the process of operation, or the dust collector is frequently blocked, the environmental temperature changes, the water carried by the water film dust collector will be aggravated in the wet and cold season.
